Dr. Breyleigh Gegelman

Dr. Brey grew up in a small town in western North Dakota, where his early years were filled with various sporting activities, including basketball and football. An injury during his athletic pursuits introduced him to the world of chiropractic care, igniting his ambition to pursue this profession. His personal experience as a patient inspired him to help others recover from injuries, maintain their health, and lead pain-free lives.

He began his academic journey at the University of North Dakota, graduating in 2017 with a degree in Kinesiology. This foundational education paved the way for his further studies at Northwestern Health Sciences in Bloomington, Minnesota, where he earned his Doctor of Chiropractic degree with a sports emphasis in 2020. For four years, Dr. Brey practiced as an associate doctor, honing his skills and gaining invaluable insight into patient care. In 2025, he realized his dream of opening his own practice, eager to serve the Fargo-Moorhead community.

Dr. Brey has experience treating a diverse range of patients, from newborns to the elderly, addressing sports-related injuries, general discomfort, and more. His approach emphasizes identifying the source of pain, actively listening to his patients, and fostering a respectful therapeutic relationship. He is committed to guiding individuals through their recovery journeys, ensuring they feel supported every step of the way.

Dr. Brey shares the love and understanding of the body with his wife, Michaela, a neurological occupational therapist at Sanford. Together, they celebrated the arrival of their son, Cooper, in December 2024. Beyond the clinic, Dr. Brey enjoys spending quality time with his family and their two golden retrievers, Jax and Nora. He has a passion for woodworking and loves the outdoors, often found at the lake or attending UND hockey games and other sporting events that capture his interest.
